Terms and Conditions of Purchase

By purchasing a ticket for Agave Fest / Beer Fest, you agree to the following terms:

• All Ticket Sales are Final: No refunds, transfers, or exchanges will be permitted under any circumstances. Once a ticket is purchased, it cannot be cancelled or refunded for “change of mind” or personal schedule conflicts.

• Age Requirement (21+ Only): This is a strictly 21 and over event. A valid government-issued photo ID (Driver’s License, Passport, or Military ID) is required for entry. No minors will be admitted, including infants or children in strollers. If you purchase a ticket and fail to provide a valid ID at the gate, entry will be denied without a refund.

• Rain or Shine Policy: The event will take place regardless of weather conditions. In the case of severe or dangerous weather, the organizers reserve the right to delay or reschedule the event. No refunds will be issued due to inclement weather.

• Right of Admission: The organizers and security staff reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee who is visibly intoxicated, disruptive, or fails to comply with Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission (TABC) safety regulations. No refunds will be provided in such cases.
